Our goal is to bring value and assurance to the completed design by providing an objective, unbiased review process, not to criticize.
Each project is unique in complexity and services are tailored to meet the needs & project schedule. Getting involved early in the process is invariably more productive and cost effective than waiting until the design is completed. Staged reviews are often completed by HFC to allow earlier commencement of construction on site while secondary review items are being finalized.
Independent ETABS modelling and analysis is completed for each review project to confirm agreement of unit loads, periods and other design assumptions.

We have an excellent working relationship with HFC and have found them to be professional and timely with their reviews. The clearly defined queries raised by HFC are able to be worked through item by item with our designers to ensure that all code requirements are satisfied. This methodical approach is of particular importance for the large and complex projects we often carry out.
